Facility includes 4 large Turret suites with soaking tubs that over look Leavenworth and have views of the surrounding mountains. The hotel is equipped with a guest lobby, breakfast  room, conference rooms, guest laundry, ski storage, and a swimming pool. Ice melt system installed at front lobby entry and rear guest entry, along with heated sidewalk and pool area. Hotel is protected with fire sprinklers and fire alarm systems. Elevator to all floors with stairways on each end of the facility. Guest rooms have individually controlled heat and cool units, microwave, coffee bar, and refrigerator. Facility includes handicap facilities for hearing impaired and wheel chair accessibility. Exterior finish is stucco with wood siding, along with scrolled wood beams and facias, and wood planter boxes at each lodging unit with wood fencing to reflect traditional Bavarian design..
