Remodel of existing residence, approximately 40’ x 32’ with a low eave height of 13’-0”+-. This remodel consists of the complete removal of the existing building structure except for the foundations and exterior wall framing at the back wall and two side walls. There are specialized peeled logs, guardrails and stair rails. Included is stained and scored concrete at the Entry, Kitchen, Dining, Hall and Utility areas and an 8' River Rock Fireplace w/Insert and Wood Chimney.
