Onsite Superintendent: Minimum 3 years experience in Commercial or High-End Residential Construction. Experience in layout, foundation, wood & steel construction, tilt-up, precast and heavy concrete is a plus. Will be responsible for onsite cost control & tracking, scheduling of subcontractors and vendors, management and scheduling of onsite trades and employees. Candidate will be interacting with owners and clients, therefore personal appearance and verbal communication skills are important. Updated 1/30/07
