Onsite Superintendent:

Minimum of 3 years Superintendent experience in  Commercial and High-End Residential Construction. Experience in layout, foundation, wood & steel construction, tilt-up, precast and heavy concrete is a plus. Will be responsible for onsite cost control & tracking, scheduling of subcontractors and vendors, management and scheduling of onsite trades and employees. Candidate will be interacting with owners and clients, therefore personal appearance and verbal communication skills are important.
