Private horse riding arena. Pre-engineered Butler metal building 160’ x 80’. Standing seam metal roof, Butler rib wall panels at gable ends.

Front end of structure has a tack room, 3 horse stalls, and a hay storage loft that overlooks the riding arena .

Rear of structure has covered tractor storage. Arena is open air on all four sides, with fencing at all outside walls and fluorescent light throughout.
