This truly modern and magnificent, 2,800 square foot home is built for privacy in mind. The U shaped house wraps around a courtyard. The details are in every square foot with its steeply peak roofs and distressed surfaces, mirrors a family fishing cabin. Designed to weather elements, the roof slopes so snow will run off as it melts to the courtyard. The exterior Corten steel, industrial finishes and old barn wood are inspired by the fire towers and mining structures in the North Cascades landscape.

Completed in 2019
New custom home and bunk house located on Lake Chelan. The build included an elevator to reach the three levels of the home. On the second level, there is a large cantilevered concrete deck that overlooks the water. The house is blended well into the steep hillside with its modern look. Rimmer & Roeter Construction were contracted to complete the house and bungalow after the foundation was complete.
