Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Inc. has been building and remodeling commercial, industrial, agricultural, healthcare and residential buildings throughout North Central Washington since 2000. With over 100 years of combined experience between the Owners, Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Inc. has successfully completed a multitude of projects of various complexity across a broad range of industry types.

Our Process
Preconstruction: Our preconstruction services are a strong resource to our clients for a successful project. We provide thorough estimating and budget control from the earliest stages, delivering accurate estimates, value engineering options, and transparent budgeting to align expectations with reality all while working closely with the Design Team.
We utilize detailed takeoffs, subcontractor participation, and proven cost control methods in generating our estimates. This assists the clients in making informed decisions, minimizing risks, and achieving a project outcome within or below budget. This early hands-on approach, combined with our commitment to integrity and client partnership, ensures a smooth transition from the client’s initial concept through construction.
Project Management: At Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Inc., the Owners are still very much hands-on with managing projects, and our Project Managers are entrusted with making critical on-site decisions. Our Project Managers direct all phases of the construction process, from initiation to closeout, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, negotiating contracts, scheduling, enforcing safety protocols, and coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors. We take pride in our commitment to exceptional communication and reporting, providing regular progress updates to stakeholders and clients using the latest in construction management technologies.
Construction: Our leadership team brings decades of expertise across commercial, industrial, agricultural, health care and residential facilities. We have constructed small, medium and large-scale projects from early design through completion, with strong skills in construction Project Management, Project Supervision and self-performing the major stages of the work. We employ a highly collaborative team of employees, vendors and subcontractors that dedicate their skillset to every project and ensure that the construction process adheres to the plans, specifications, quality standards and sustainability goals. We strive for excellence and craftsmanship throughout all phases of the project from every employee, subcontractor and vendor, on every job. Closeout: This final stage of the process is to ensure that the building is ready for its intended use and all administrative responsibilities are completed. Once the authority having jurisdiction has signed off on the final inspection, our management team will perform a final walkthrough with the Owner and/or Architect to identify and fix minor defects or incomplete tasks. Upon completion of those tasks, Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Inc. will hand over the building keys, as-built drawings, operation manuals and warranties associated with the project.

Design-Build: This is a delivery method where Rimmer & Roeter Construction, Inc. streamlines the entire process by consolidating design and construction responsibilities under one entity. This single-team approach eliminates the need for separate contracts with designers and builders, making the process more straightforward for our clients. By integrating design and construction phases, teams collaborate from the outset, enabling faster problem resolution and minimizing delays. It also allows the project to start sooner, as the design does not have to be fully completed, therefore shortening the overall schedule. Changes to the project scope are more efficient since Rimmer & Roeter can work together in real time with the design team. This method is particularly effective for complex or time-sensitive projects, offering our client’s greater efficiency, reduced costs, and a higher likelihood of meeting both timelines and budgets.
